Scope of Work
The successful bidder will supply and deliver various road construction materials to Port Nolloth . Required items include:
- SS60 Stable Grade Bitumen 60%
- Cationic Premix Grade Bitumen 65%
- Road Marking Paint (Yellow, White, Red) in 25-litre containers
- Cold Mix in 30 kg bags
All delivery costs must be included in the pricing. Prices must be firm and VAT inclusive.

Evaluation and Preference Points
The 80/20 preference point system applies, with 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals:
- Locality: Up to 10 points for enterprises located within the Namaqua region
- HDI Advancement: Up to 10 points (5 for race, 5 for gender)

Completed quotations must be deposited in the tender box at 169 Main Road, Port Nolloth, by 14 August 2026. Late, incomplete, or unsigned bids will not be accepted.
