Scope of Work
The appointed service provider will host the municipality’s website in a secure, local South African environment, ensuring 24/7 accessibility with zero downtime. Key technical requirements include SSL certificate provision, protection against distributed denial of service (DDOS) attacks, and a server response speed of between 0 and 200 milliseconds . The site must be accessible in English and IsiXhosa across multiple platforms and devices, with a content management system provided for backend management.

- Completed and signed MBD forms
Evaluation Process
The tender follows a two-stage evaluation:
- Stage 1: Administrative compliance (mandatory and other bid requirements)
- Stage 2: 80/20 preference point system (80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals)
