    • National Treasury Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report (report should not be older than 30 days)

    Tax and Financial Documents:

    • Proof of current and valid SARS Tax PIN and VAT registration certificate (provide rationale if not VAT registered)
    • Current audited annual financial statements (where legally required) OR most recent annual financial statements together with a Public Interest Score (PIS) calculation

    Municipal Compliance Documents:

    • Current or latest Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice for the Tenderer’s office/premises (not in arrears for more than 90 days)
    • Where operating from leased premises: certified lease agreement together with utility bill statement (not in arrears for more than 90 days)
    • Where operating from residential address: affidavit confirming arrangement (address must match CSD or CIPC)
    • Municipal Rates and Taxes Invoice for All Directors (as per CIPC document) OR Original Certified Copy of Lease Agreement OR Affidavit Certified by SAPS (not in arrears for more than 90 days)
