The Limpopo Economic Development Agency (LEDA) has issued an open tender (LCX/2026/27-1A) for the supply, delivery, offloading, and assembly of office furniture at the Seshego Digital Hub. This strategic procurement aims to equip a modern facility designed to foster digital innovation and entrepreneurship in Polokwane.
Scope of Works and Hub Furnishing
The mandate requires a comprehensive furnishing solution for the newly established hub at Factory 29 in the Seshego Industrial Park. The successful bidder will outfit various operational areas, including executive offices, boardrooms, training spaces, reception areas, and collaborative zones, ensuring a dynamic and functional working environment.
Mandatory Compliance and Preference Points
Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system. Specific goals heavily reward local economic participation, allocating points for Black, women, youth, and disability ownership, as well as the promotion of small businesses and military veterans. Enterprises with a verified physical address within Limpopo will receive additional preference points.
Compulsory Briefing Session
Attendance at the mandatory site briefing is strictly enforced. Bidders must bring their own measuring tools to assess the spatial requirements. Failure to attend will result in disqualification.
