The Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources (DMPR) has issued Request for Quotation RFQ-DMPR-100B-00742 for comprehensive branding services at the Rustenburg Regional Office. This targeted procurement aims to modernize the facility’s visual identity and ensure compliance with government standards.
Scope of Works and Signage Specifications
The appointed provider will execute diverse branding installations, including the removal of old DMRE branding. Key deliverables include:
- A double-sided ACM light box with poles.
- Chromadek and vinyl branding for entrance doors.
- Full-colour vinyl for the reception counter.
- Perspex signs for mission, vision, and boardrooms.
- Signage for parking bays, toilets, and various offices.
Mandatory Compliance and Preference Points
Bidders must submit completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms. Specific goals outlined in Annexure A must be clearly indicated, accompanied by verifiable proof to qualify for preference points. A valid SARS Tax PIN is mandatory.
