The Small Enterprise Development and Finance Agency (SEDFA) has issued an open tender (RFB 09- 2026/2027) for the appointment of a security service provider to render guarding services at the Longstreet JV office in Kimberley, Northern Cape. This strategic 24-month contract targets capable, PSIRA-registered security firms to safeguard SEDFA’s regional assets and personnel.
Scope of Services and Contract Duration
The appointed service provider will deliver comprehensive physical guarding services at 72 Longstreet, Kimberley. The 24-month mandate requires a robust security presence to ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and government property within the joint venture premises.
Mandatory PSIRA Compliance and Standards
Bidders must hold valid registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA). The scope requires the deployment of trained security officers and strict adherence to national security sector regulations and occupational health and safety standards.
