The Limpopo Department of Social Development (DSD) has issued an open tender (DSDP 43/26) for the management and coordination of the Food Nutrition and Developmental Programme (DFDSP) in the Sekhukhune District. This three-year contract targets capable service providers to drive community welfare.
Scope of Work and Community Impact
The appointed provider will oversee the DFDSP execution within Sekhukhune. The mandate requires coordinating food distribution, managing nutritional interventions, and ensuring vulnerable households receive consistent developmental support.

- Central Supplier Database (CSD) Registration: Attach detailed CSD registration document
- Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD Number: Must be tax compliant before award
- Company Registration Documents: Proof of business registration and entity status
- Identity Numbers of Directors: Must all be active and verified
- Proof of Authority to Sign: Company resolution or similar authorisation
Evaluation and Preferential Procurement
Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preferential procurement system. The evaluation heavily weights the bidder’s methodology, project management plan, and the qualifications of key personnel deployed to manage district-level nutritional interventions.
