Scope of Works and Safety Compliance
The appointed contractor will execute remedial building works to support the core room’s fire suppression and detection infrastructure. Bidders must demonstrate a strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), providing detailed safety questionnaires and project plans to mitigate risks associated with airport construction environments.
Mandatory CIDB and Administrative Requirements

- Completed and signed C1.1 Form of Offer and Acceptance
- Completed and signed Pricing Schedule/Activity Schedule
- CIDB registration certificate (1GB or higher)
- SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) proof of registration
- Completed SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure)
- Completed SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form)
- Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA)
- CIPC Registration documents
- Identity documents of all shareholders, directors, members, trustees or partners
- Completed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Completed Declaration of Interest and Politically Exposed Persons Form
