The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ60 AM (26/27)) for the services of a professional motivational speaker. This engagement aims to facilitate a critical leadership session during the upcoming Departmental Learning Network in Pretoria.
Scope of Services and Target Audience
The appointed speaker will deliver a high-impact leadership engagement session tailored for Assistant Directors, Middle Management, and Senior Managers. The event will host approximately 100 attendees, with catering and venue arrangements coordinated directly by the DFFE at a designated venue in Pretoria.
List of Required Documents for Submission
Bidders must submit the following documents:
- Formal quotation on official company letterhead (including VAT per item, CSD MAAA number, and banking details)
- SBD 1 – Invitation to Bid (completed and signed)
- SBD 4 – Bidder’s Disclosure (completed and signed)
- SBD 6.1 – Preference Points Claim Form (completed and signed)
- Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- At least two signed reference letters from clients confirming similar motivational speaking services (mandatory)
- SANAS/CIPC-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (to claim preference points)
- Medical Certificate signed by a medical practitioner (if claiming disability points)
- Ownership Certificate issued by CIPC (if claiming preference points)
