Scope of Work – Cutlery & Crockery Specifications

The successful bidder will supply and deliver the following items to Frere Hospital. Samples will be required upon award before delivery of the actual order.

  • Stainless steel; Up market grade (greater protection against corrosion)
  • Optimum finish, starting design, high strength, durability, silvery sheen

Insulated Dome Cover & Base (500 sets)

  • Designed for healthcare/catering use; retains food temperatures (hot/cold) for extended periods
  • Plate size: suited for 9-inch (23cm) to 10.25-inch diameter plates
  • Dome Diameter: 10-10.25 inches (approx. 25-26cm)
  • Material: Durable, high-temperature dishwasher-safe polypropylene
  • Insulation: Double-wall construction with polyurethane foam
  • Features molded-in handles; stacks securely for meal trolley transport
  • Temperature retention: keeps food hot/cold for approximately 30 minutes

Mandatory Digital Submission
