- Full-colour A4 design and layout for strategic documents and sub-sector reports

- 390 printed copies delivered to MICT SETA Head Office, Midrand
- Digital formats including high-resolution PDFs, editable MS Word files, and web-optimised eBooks
- PowerPoint presentation slide templates for each research report
Mandatory Submission Requirements
- Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with proof
- Completed SBD forms (SBD 1, 4, 6.1)
- SARS tax compliance status or TCS PIN
- Firm, VAT-inclusive pricing valid for 90 days from closing date
- Proof of relevant experience in strategic document design for public sector clients
Evaluation and Preference Framework
Proposals are assessed using the 80/20 preference point system under Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022. Price accounts for 80 points; specific goals including B-BBEE status contribute 20 points. Functional evaluation covers design quality, project management capability, and adherence to digital transformation themes.
