Service Provider Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate proven expertise in corporate document production, graphic design, and print management. Experience with public sector reporting and adherence to strict brand guidelines is advantageous. All submissions must comply with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act.
Mandatory Requirements (Phase 1 – disqualification if missing):
- Qualification of Copyeditor: National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in English / Journalism / Linguistics, or Advanced Diploma in Language Practice, or Copyediting Certificate from a recognised institution of higher learning. Submit copies of qualification(s) by closing date.
- Reference Letters: Minimum of 2 reference letters from previous clients (not older than 7 years – signed before May 2019 not accepted). Must be on client letterhead, include client company name, contact person, contact number/email, and confirm that the service provider rendered copyediting/editing. No table lists accepted – only individual signed letters.
