Scope of Supply
Successful bidders will be required to supply and deliver five (5) laptops meeting NRWDI’s technical specifications. Bidders must ensure products comply with stated requirements and delivery timelines.

- 2 units – 13th Gen i7, 16” display, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, Intel IRIS XE Graphics
- 3 units – Intel Core Ultra 7 (4.6GHz), 14” OLED touchscreen, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, 4G/5G, eSIM, US MIL STD 810H (military grade), less than 2kg
Warranty: Bidders must specify duration of standard warranty
Mandatory Requirements
- Quote fully according to specification/price table and scope of work
- Submit quotation before closing date/time to correct email address
- Submit ID copies of owners/directors as reflected on CIPC, CSD report, or BBBEE certificate/affidavit
- Submit minimum 2 recommendation/reference letters from previous clients for IT device supply (must be on client letterhead, with contact details and contact person)
Submission Requirements
Quotations must be submitted electronically before the closing deadline. Late submissions will not be considered. Bidders should review all tender documentation thoroughly to ensure compliance with submission guidelines and technical specifications.
