- Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with tender number and description

- Late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted
Evaluation Criteria
- 80/20 preference point system applies
- 80 points for price competitiveness
- 20 points for specific goals: black ownership, women-owned enterprises, youth participation, disability inclusion, and local enterprise status within Polokwane jurisdiction
