This Request for Quotation (IDT/FS/04-13-2026) targets established suppliers capable of delivering quality administrative supplies that enhance service delivery efficiency at IDT’s Westdene facility in Bloemfontein.
Product Specifications and Requirements
Bidders must supply stationery items meeting IDT specifications as detailed in the tender documentation. Key requirements include:
- Firm pricing inclusive of VAT, valid for at least 60 days from closing date
- Delivery to 46 2nd Avenue, Westdene, Bloemfontein, 9301 within agreed lead times
- All items must be new, unused, and sourced from reputable manufacturers
- Quotations must be submitted on official company letterhead with clear itemisation
Eligibility and Submission Criteria
Prospective bidders must demonstrate:
- Valid registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN printout
- Completed Standard Bidding Documents as specified in the RFQ
- B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit for preference point allocation
- Proof of supply capability and relevant reference letters
Pricing and Evaluation Framework
Quotations will be evaluated based on price competitiveness, technical compliance, and delivery capability. All prices must be firm, quoted in South African Rand, and inclusive of VAT. The IDT reserves the right to negotiate pricing or award based on best value rather than lowest price alone.
