The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the supply of AGM branding materials. This urgent procurement aims to secure high-quality, cost-effective, and visually consistent branded items that align with PSETA’s corporate identity and strategic communication goals, with a strict delivery deadline of 30 April 2026.
Comprehensive Scope of Branded Materials
The successful service provider will be responsible for supplying a diverse range of branded items, including:
- Apparel: 250 branded golf shirts, 15 full soccer kits (including goalkeeper kit), 15 ladies’ netball kits, and 7 netball player bib sets.
- Drinkware & Accessories: 250 branded vacuum tumblers, 100 engraved USB flash drives, 500 compact umbrellas, and 15 travel blanket and pillow sets.
- Corporate Gifts & Office: 15 coffee sets, 15 LED lamps, 50 silicone travel sets, 50 lunch bags, and additional branded items as specified.
All items must feature PSETA branding through embroidery, screen printing, laser engraving, or other approved methods as indicated.
Strict Delivery Deadline
The final delivery of all branding materials must be completed by 30 April 2026. The appointed service provider must complete the project within thirty (30) days after appointment. Physical samples must be approved before mass production commences.
Competencies and Skills Required
Bidders must demonstrate the following capabilities:
- In-house or contracted graphic design team with corporate branding expertise.
- Ability to interpret and apply PSETA’s Corporate Identity Manual accurately.
- Access to high-quality printing equipment and materials.
- Capacity to produce both small and large quantities within agreed timelines.
Mandatory Submission Documents
Failure to submit any of the following documents will render the proposal disqualified:
- Fully completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1).
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN or proof of exemption from SARS.
- Certified copy of the organisation’s CIPC registration document.
- Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Signed or initialed General Conditions of Contract (all pages).
- Three reference letters for similar work conducted.
- Certified copies of directors’ ID documents and, if claiming disability points, a certified doctor’s certification with medical practice number.
Evaluation Criteria: 80/20 Preference Point System
Proposals will be evaluated on an 80/20 principle once minimum functionality criteria are met:
- Price (80 points): The lowest acceptable bid will score maximum points.
- Specific Goals (20 points): Points allocated for black ownership (8 points), women ownership (4 points), youth ownership (5 points), and disability ownership (3 points). Supporting documentation must be submitted.
