Project Scope and Contract Requirements
The successful contractor will be responsible for the complete installation of partitions at the Transportation Offices. The scope includes all materials, labour, equipment and supervision required to deliver a compliant, durable partitioning solution that meets municipal building standards.
Core project requirements:
- Supply and install partitions as per the unpriced Bill of Quantities (BOQ) attached to the tender document
- Ensure all work complies with relevant South African National Standards and municipal by-laws
- Complete all works within the eight-week contract period

- Provide regular progress reports to the Municipality’s appointed project manager

Quotations will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022. A maximum of 80 points is allocated for price competitiveness, with the remaining 20 points dedicated to specific goals.
