The contract duration is fixed at three (3) calendar months, with strict adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Scope of Work: Ceiling and Paint Restoration
The appointed contractor will be responsible for:
- Removal and replacement of water-damaged ceiling boards in affected areas
- Repainting of all interior walls and ceilings using approved, durable, low-VOC paint
- Disposal of construction waste in compliance with municipal regulations
- Protection of clinical equipment and furniture during works
- Daily site cleanup and adherence to infection control protocols
All materials must be new, SABS-compliant, and suitable for use in a healthcare setting. The scope excludes electrical or plumbing repairs—only finishes and ceilings are covered.
