- Provision of a minimum 12-month warranty on all supplied goods, explicitly detailed in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Execution of all on-site assembly and installation at no additional hidden cost, as the purchase order value is fully inclusive of delivery and setup.
Mandatory Compliance Requirements
To be considered responsive, bidders must submit a stringent compliance package demonstrating industrial manufacturing capacity and logistical readiness. Essential documentation includes:
- A valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report.
- A current SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN.
- A valid Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Proof of a valid, authentic ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) certification covering the manufacturing or supply processes of the proposed items.
