The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) of South Africa has issued Request for Quotation RFQ26 2026-2027 for the provision of catering services to support an upcoming roadshow in the Limpopo province. This targeted procurement seeks capable local catering enterprises to facilitate a high-level industry engagement event.
Scope of Works and Service Delivery
The mandate requires comprehensive catering services for 40 delegates on 26 August 2026. The event will be hosted at the Tinghwazi Arts Amalgamation, Thomo Heritage Park in Giyani. The specified menu includes one starch option, one meat option, two vegetable sides, one salad, 40 x 300ml soft drinks, and 40 x 500ml bottled water. Lunch service must be precisely ready by 13:00.

- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
Mandatory Compliance Requirements
Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Policy Framework. Bidders must ensure all administrative documents are duly completed and signed. Unit prices and total prices inclusive of VAT must be clearly provided for all listed specifications. Failure to comply with Standard Bidding Document (SBD) requirements will result in immediate disqualification.
Strict Submission Protocols
In alignment with NFVF procurement policies, all quotations must be submitted timeously. No late bids will be accepted under any circumstances, and the award will be subject to the General Conditions of Contract or the applicable Service Level Agreement.
