The municipality requires various building materials including M6 blocks (1800 units), Afrisam cement (120 bags), perforated bricks (1500 units), sand, crushed stone, and essential tools. Quotations will be assessed using the 80/20 preferential procurement system. All quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the RFQ number and description. Deliveries must reach the Registry Office at No 1 JA Calata Street, Cradock, 5880, by 12:00 on Thursday, 26 March 2026. Email submissions will not be accepted, and late bids will be automatically disqualified.
