The Umsobomvu Local Municipality in the Northern Cape has re-advertised a Request for Quotation (UMS/FIN/STA/09/2026) for the supply and delivery of stationery. This strategic procurement initiative aims to ensure the municipality has reliable, cost-effective, and continuous access to essential office supplies, supporting the seamless daily administrative and operational functions of the local government.

- Timely delivery of goods to designated municipal departments upon receipt of official purchase orders.
- Adherence to strict quality specifications and brand requirements as outlined in the quotation document.
- Maintenance of adequate stock levels to fulfill urgent municipal requirements without operational delays.
- Provision of accurate delivery notes and invoices with every consignment to facilitate smooth payment processing.

- Certified identity document (not older than 6 months)
- Copy of Company registration/founding statement/CIPC documents

Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be evaluated based on strict responsiveness to the municipal specifications and requirements. The municipality will apply the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, utilizing the applicable preference point system to balance price competitiveness with specific transformation goals, such as B-BBEE contribution and local enterprise development. The municipality reserves the right to accept the whole or only part of a bid if objective criteria justify it.
