Scope of Work
The project requires a qualified service provider to execute a comprehensive civil, structural, and electrical relocation project for the monitoring station. Key deliverables include:
- Civil Works: Construct a reinforced concrete slab (5,100 x 7,300mm) and a palisade fence of the same dimensions with a gate, including a 200mm deep foundation with 600mm x 600mm and 1000mm deep mast footings .
- Security Infrastructure: Install a 2-meter high mesh-reinforced palisade fence secured with nine steel poles and concrete, including a sliding buckler gate.
- Electrical Installation: Connect a 30m long, 16mm three-core armoured cable, install fifteen power outlets in the shelter, and provide a Certificate of Compliance .
- Relocation: Transport and reinstall the existing shelter, mast, and palisade fencing to the new site at the Lephalale SAMHS Training Center (Latitude: -23.722421, Longitude: 27.700944).

Bidders must meet strict eligibility criteria:
- CIDB Grading: A valid CIDB grading of 1GB or higher .
- Compulsory Briefing: Attendance at the site briefing is mandatory, and bidders must sign the attendance register.
- CSD Registration: Proof of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.
- Tax Compliance: A valid SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin.

Evaluation and Preference Points
Bids will be evaluated in four stages. Bidders must score a minimum of 70% in the functional evaluation to proceed to the price and specific goals stage. Key functional criteria include:

- Delivery timeframe after award (30 points)
- Workmanship guarantee period (20 points)
- Contactable references (20 points)
