- Maintenance Plan: Equipment and furniture maintenance (10%)
- Processes: Cooking, storage, production, and distribution (10%)
- Cleaning and Hygiene: Comprehensive plan (5%)

- Certificate of Acceptability (Regulation R638 of 2018)
- Proof of Registration with the Federated Hospitality Association of South Africa (FEDHASA)
- Authorisation Form, Integrity Declaration, and all SBD forms
- NEC3 Term Services Contract completed
- Pricing Schedule in PDF and Excel format
- Quality Management System documentation (ISO 9001 compliance)
- Health and Safety Plan with baseline risk assessment
- COIDA Certificate of Good Standing
- Annual Financial Statements for financial analysis
