Bidders must submit a formal quotation on company letterhead, accompanied by a completed and signed Declaration of Interest (SBD 4) and an Invitation to Bid (SBD 1, Parts A & B). Quotations must remain valid for acceptance by TiKZN for a period of 90 days from the closing date.
