Service Requirements
Food Preparation and Delivery:
- All food shall be prepared on the day of the event
- Delivery at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before scheduled serving time
- Hot meals maintained at safe serving temperatures
- Cold items kept appropriately chilled
- Transported in insulated food-grade containers
Service Standards:
- Sufficient bain-maries, chafing dishes, hot trays and beverage dispensers
- Adequate trained waiters and supervisors
- Professional, efficient and courteous service
- All catering equipment provided by service provider
- Venue to be left clean and free of all catering-related waste

Mandatory Compliance Requirements
Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN. Crucially, reference letters must specifically relate to past catering services, supported by corresponding purchase orders or appointment letters.
