  • Proof of tax compliance (SARS PIN or printed TCS certificate)

Experience and Bid Documentation:

  • At least one (1) contactable reference demonstrating previous catering experience (include client name, contact person, and details)
  • Completed Bid Conditions
  • Completed Due Diligence (SBD forms)
  • Completed Price Schedule with detailed breakdown
  • SBD 6.1(A): Preference Points Claim Form
  • SBD 8: Declaration of Bidder’s Past Supply Chain Management Practices
  • SBD 9: Certificate of Independent Bid Determination
  • Declaration & Commissioner of Oaths

Additional Notes:

  • Same documents must be submitted for all consortium members
