The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) has issued Request for Proposal NRA 2025/0093 for the appointment of a service provider to implement executive team coaching and individual executive coaching services. This strategic 18-month contract targets accredited coaching firms to enhance the leadership capabilities of SANRAL’s senior management team.
Scope of Works and Coaching Objectives
The mandate encompasses a comprehensive leadership development intervention. The successful provider will conduct thorough needs assessments, develop customized coaching proposals, and facilitate both team and individual coaching sessions for approximately twelve executives. Key deliverables include psychometric assessments, interim progress reports, and a final comprehensive impact evaluation.
Service Provider Requirements
Bidding service providers must demonstrate the following:
- Experience: 7+ years in executive coaching, with a verifiable track record in the public sector.
- Lead Coach Criteria: Recognised certifications (ICF, COMENSA, EMCC) and a minimum of 500 logged executive coaching hours.
- Organisational Capacity: A team of at least 7 coaches with diverse backgrounds (Engineering, IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal).
- Compliance: Tax compliance and a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
Strict Physical Submission Protocols
In alignment with SANRAL’s secure procurement policies, all RFP submissions must be sealed in a clearly marked envelope and physically deposited in the designated tender box. Electronic, faxed, or late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
