Scope of Supply
The successful supplier will be responsible for:
- Renewing Adobe Creative Suite VIP licences.
- Providing licence renewals for designated business units.
- Ensuring uninterrupted software access and compliance with Adobe licensing requirements.
- Delivering services in accordance with the specifications contained in the RFQ documentation.

- Validity period, delivery period, CSD registration number and SARS Tax PIN.
- Completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms.
- Valid Tax Clearance documentation.

- Certified CIPC registration documents (not older than six months).
- Certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (where applicable).
- OEM certification documents, where applicable.
- Supporting documents for any specific goals claimed.
