The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) has published an open tender for the appointment of a service provider to print, supply, and deliver A4 case files with labels and clips to its various offices nationwide. The tender, identified as CCMA/2026/05/DR, is open for submissions until 06 August 2026 at 11:00. Bids must be deposited in the tender box at the CCMA National Office, 28 Harrison Street, JCI Building, 12th Floor, Johannesburg. Bidders must submit two hard copies and one electronic copy on USB.
Compulsory Virtual Briefing Session
A compulsory virtual briefing session will take place on 23 July 2026 at 11:00 via Microsoft Teams. Attendance is mandatory – failure to attend will lead to disqualification. It is the responsibility of bidders to ensure they can access the briefing link before the session.
Scope of Work
The successful service provider will be responsible for printing, supplying, and delivering A4 case files nationally. Specifications include 180-gram paper, 3 cm gusset, assorted board colours (changing annually), with CCMA logo printing. Kwik Fix or equivalent clips must be affixed. The complete cost per unit must include all production, storage, and delivery. Delivery must be within 10 working days of receiving a purchase order.
Mandatory Requirements
Bidders must comply with non-negotiable minimum requirements covering paper type, size, weight, gusset size, clip material, label specifications, and that all production, storage, and delivery are included in the unit cost. A CCMA sample must be returned with the bid proposal. Failure to comply will result in automatic disqualification.

- Annexure 7: CCMA’s Standard Conditions of Bid and General Conditions of Contract
- Annexure 8: POPIA Consent Form – completed and signed
- Tax Clearance Certificate: Valid tax compliance status PIN
- CSD Report: Latest Central Supplier Database registration report
- Company Registration: Copy of CIPC documents
- ID Copies: Certified copies of all directors/owners
- Financial Statements: Latest financial year signed by an independent registered accountant
- B-BBEE Certificate: Valid certificate or sworn affidavit
- Company Profile: With proven experience in printing and delivery
- Reference Letters: Minimum 5 contactable references
- Site Identification: Title deed, signed lease agreement, or letter of authority from property owner
- Sample Case File: As per CCMA specification, returned with bid
Functionality Evaluation
Bidders must achieve a minimum threshold of 55 out of 65 points. Criteria include company experience in printing and delivery of case files (30 points), national service delivery capacity (30 points), and a business continuity/backup plan (5 points). Reference checks and a site visit will be conducted to verify capacity and capability.
