The scope includes gazebos, wall banners, pull-up banners, fabric tablecloths, lantern banners, and promotional items such as stress balls, pens, wet wipes, power banks, and branded bags . Bidders must develop a project plan and demonstrate capacity to deliver high-quality branded items.

Mandatory Requirements

Bidders must comply with the following:

  • CSD Registration: Registered on the Central Supplier Database with compliant tax status
  • Compulsory Briefing: Attend the virtual briefing session
  • Local Content: 100% local content compliance for the textile, clothing, leather, and footwear sector – SBD 6.2 must be completed and signed

Functionality Assessment

Bidders must achieve a minimum of 60 points out of 100 in the functionality evaluation to proceed. Scoring is based on:

  • Organisational Experience: 30 points – 5+ years relevant experience
  • References: 10 points – Minimum 5 contactable reference letters
  • Production Capability: 30 points – Detailed project plan and delivery capability
  • Team Capacity: 30 points – CVs of team with 5+ years’ experience

Price and Preference Evaluation
