- Continental Breakfast: Sandwiches, scones with cream and jam, croissants and cheese, and fresh fruit
- Lunch: Beef/Mutton Curry and Rice, Vegetable Breyani and Dhall, Grilled Chicken, Beetroot Salad, Green Salad, Potato Salad, 2 soft drinks per person, and 2 water per person, served with table linen, cutlery, crockery, and glasses
- Afternoon Tea: Coffee, tea, juice, and assorted pastries/cake
Mandatory Compliance and Submission Rules
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and possess a valid tax clearance certificate. Quotations must be submitted electronically to the designated procurement inbox, accompanied by all completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs).

Stage 1(a) Administrative Compliance Documents:
- SBD 1: Invitation to Bid (Part A & B) – completed and signed
- Section B: Declaration that Information on Central Suppliers Database is correct and up to date
- SBD 3.1: Pricing Schedule (completed)
- SBD 4: Bidders Disclosure – declaring all companies under directors’ names on CSD using MAAA numbers
- Section D: Authority to Sign Tender or Enterprise’s Resolution Letter
Stage 1(b) Mandatory Requirements (failure leads to disqualification):
- Food Safety Certificate (proof of certification)
- Company Profile
- Minimum of 2 signed reference letters
- Halaal Certified Caterer (proof of certification)
Important: Bidders must initial each and every page of the bid document. Failure to complete, sign, and submit the above SBD forms and mandatory documents will result in the tender being considered non-responsive and rejected.
