Mandatory Compliance and Submission Rules

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and possess a valid tax clearance certificate. Quotations must be submitted electronically to the designated procurement inbox, accompanied by all completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs).

Stage 1(a) Administrative Compliance Documents:

  • SBD 1: Invitation to Bid (Part A & B) – completed and signed
  • Section B: Declaration that Information on Central Suppliers Database is correct and up to date
  • SBD 3.1: Pricing Schedule (completed)
  • SBD 4: Bidders Disclosure – declaring all companies under directors’ names on CSD using MAAA numbers
  • Section D: Authority to Sign Tender or Enterprise’s Resolution Letter

Stage 1(b) Mandatory Requirements (failure leads to disqualification):

  • Food Safety Certificate (proof of certification)
  • Company Profile
  • Minimum of 2 signed reference letters
  • Halaal Certified Caterer (proof of certification)
