The Limpopo Economic Development Agency (LEDA), on behalf of Great North Transport (GNT), has issued an open tender (GNT/WINDCREENS/06/2026) for the supply and fitment of windscreens. This strategic 24-month contract targets specialized automotive glass providers to maintain the safety and operational readiness of the provincial public transport fleet.
Scope of Services and Fleet Maintenance
The appointed service provider will supply and professionally fit high-quality windscreens for GNT’s extensive bus fleet. Rapid turnaround times and precision fitment are critical to minimizing vehicle downtime, ensuring commuter safety, and maintaining the reliability of the provincial transit network across Limpopo.
Compulsory Briefing Session
Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid clarification meeting is strictly enforced. Prospective bidders must attend in person to understand the specific glass specifications, fitment protocols, and contractual obligations. Bidders who fail to attend will be automatically disqualified.
