Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Limited (ATNS) has issued a Request for Quotation (ATNS/RFQ07/06/2026/27/CSI_DECO, SOUND SYSTEM AND C) for the supply and delivery of comprehensive event services. This Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative supports the Nelson Mandela Day Shova Ufunde handover event at Retsamaile Combined School in Botshabelo, Free State, aiming to uplift local educational infrastructure.
Scope of Services and Event Requirements
The successful bidder must provide a 10m x 20m marquee seating up to 100 people, 12 round tables, 90 modern chairs, tablecloths, blue organza runners, and fresh flower centrepieces. A 2.4m by 4.8m stage with blue draping and a podium are required.
Catering specifications include:
- 2x Starch options (Rice and Dumpling)
- 3x Meat options (Beef stew, grilled chicken, fried fish)
- 2x Salad and 2x vegetable options
- 48 assorted muffins and 40 cocktail scones
- Tea/coffee station with rooibos, coffee, milk, and sweeteners
- 100 assorted 330ml juices and 280 bottles of still water
- Hot food served in food warmers – must be kept warm throughout the event
Electronic Submission and Compliance
In alignment with modern procurement practices, all quotation responses must be submitted electronically via the National Treasury’s e-Submission portal. Physical or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Bidders should register on the portal in advance to avoid last-minute technical difficulties that could compromise their submission.

Mandatory Compliance and Administration
Bidders must submit:
- A minimum of two contactable reference letters for similar catering services completed within the past 7 years (on official client letterhead, signed, and dated)
- Valid Health Certificate (Certificate of Acceptability) from the local municipality
- Proof of locality footprint within the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality (municipal bill, lease, or title deed)
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN
- CSD Registration proof
- Completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms
Failure to provide mandatory statutory documents will result in immediate disqualification of the quotation from the evaluation process.
