The National Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources (DMPR) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP-DMPR-003-2026-27) for the appointment of a service provider to produce the Mine Health and Safety Inspectorate (MHSI) Annual Report for the 2025/2026 financial year. This critical statutory publication ensures transparency and accountability in South Africa’s mining sector.
Scope of Services and Deliverables
The appointed agency will provide end-to-end publishing solutions. Key deliverables include:
- Professional design and type-setting (layout).
- Comprehensive proofreading and editing.
- High-quality printing of the final annual report.
Contract Duration and Submission Venue
This is a short-term, six-month contract commencing upon the signing of the service level agreement. Proposals must be submitted physically to the DMPR bid box.
