Thulamela Local Municipality has issued an open tender (N05/2025/2026A) for the supply and delivery of promotional materials aimed at enhancing anti-fraud and ethics awareness. This procurement initiative targets experienced branding and printing service providers capable of producing high-quality, municipality-compliant marketing collateral to support the municipality’s integrity campaigns across Limpopo.
Scope of Supply and Branding Requirements
The successful bidder will supply a comprehensive suite of promotional items, including:
- Foldable hard plastic tables and full-hanging branded tablecloths
- Wall banners (3m x 2.25m), pull-up, and telescopic banners
- Laminated A0 posters printed on 135gsm gloss paper
- 3m x 3m deluxe aluminium frame branded gazebos All materials must feature a white background, multiple municipal logos, the municipality’s name, and the official anti-fraud and ethics hotline details.
Mandatory Submission Guidelines
Bidders must complete all bid documents in black ink and submit them via hand delivery or courier. Submissions must be deposited directly into the official BID BOX at the Old Agriven Building in Thohoyandou. The municipality strictly prohibits late, incomplete, unsigned, or electronically transmitted (email/fax) submissions.
Evaluation and Preference Points
Proposals will be evaluated using the standard 80/20 preferential procurement system. Eighty points are allocated for price competitiveness, while 20 points are awarded for specific transformation goals, ensuring equitable economic participation for local enterprises.
