Training Curriculum Scope
The training must cover eight core report sections:
- Cover Page, Executive Summary, Table of Contents
- Introduction (background & context)
- Methodology (data collection, analytical approach)
- Findings / Analysis (facts, data, trends, evidence)
- Discussion (interpretation, policy links, risks, gaps)
- Conclusions (key insights, no new information)
A 30-minute alignment briefing with MBTC’s HRM will be required post-appointment.
Mandatory Compliance Requirements
Failure to meet any of the following leads to immediate disqualification:
- Complete MBTC RFQ forms and attach company letterhead
- Prices VAT inclusive and include delivery
- Breakdown of prices in the quotation
- Attach completed SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form)
- CSD registration compulsory – provide CSD supplier number
- 80/20 preference point system applies
- No prepayment or upfront payment
Submission Guidelines
Quotations must be submitted before the closing deadline. Late submissions will not be considered. Providers should ensure their proposals clearly outline training methodology, facilitator credentials, duration, and cost structures aligned with public sector procurement standards.
