CENTLEC SOC Ltd, the municipal electricity distributor serving Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality, has issued an open tender for the supply and delivery of office stationery. This 36-month contract presents a significant opportunity for established stationery suppliers to partner with a key public entity in the Free State Province.
Key Submission Requirements
Bidders must ensure their proposals meet all stipulated conditions. CENTLEC requires comprehensive documentation demonstrating financial stability, tax compliance, and relevant supply chain experience. All submissions must align with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and applicable municipal supply chain regulations.
Mandatory Returnable Documents
- Certified copy of Company Registration certificate
- Certified copy(ies) of Company director(s) Identification Documents (not older than six months from closing date)
- Full CSD registration report (not a summary) – to be verified during adjudication
- Municipal services clearance certificate or Lease Agreement with current billing not owing more than 90 days. If the Bidder utilizes prepaid services, a valid municipal clearance certificate(s) must still be provided. If the Company operates from the same address as the Director, an affidavit confirming such should be submitted
- Valid SARS TCS Pin
- Completion of all MBD forms (MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 5, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9)
- Valid proof of Authority to sign the Bid
- Original or certified valid copy of B-BBEE Certificate or sworn B-BBEE affidavit
Submission Process and Deadlines
Completed bid documents must be deposited at CENTLEC’s offices, 30 Rhodes Avenue, Oranjesig, Bloemfontein, 9301, no later than 11:00 on Thursday, 04 June 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. No compulsory briefing session is scheduled for this tender.
