Scope of Work

The service provider will collect, transport, and dispose of approximately 45 tons of hazardous waste generated every two months. Waste streams include:

  • Contaminated sand and sawdust
  • Used grease, oily rags, and oily filters
  • Laboratory waste and potassium dichromate
  • Empty chemical/paint containers
  • Contaminated water and sewage sludge

Mandatory Requirements

  • Registered Hazardous Waste Transporter
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Valid Letter of Good Standing from an insurer
  • Proof of landfill site access (SLA, MOU, or confirmation letter)
  • Copy of manifestos or safe disposal certificates

Submission Requirements and Process

Bidders must submit complete RFQ responses via the National e-Tender Portal before the closing deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. Ensure all documentation, certifications, and pricing schedules are included as specified in the tender pack.
