The Cape Winelands District Municipality invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the replacement and installation of an electric fence system at their Stellenbosch facility.   • COIDA Letter of Good Standing: Valid at closing date from Department of Employment and Labour or licensed compensation insurer (letter for “quotation purposes” accepted)
  • Tax Compliance Status Pin: Must accompany bid documents
  • Proof of locality for preference points: Municipal account not older than 90 days, or lease agreement, or bank letter confirming registered business address

Submission Guidelines

Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender reference number. All pricing must be firm, inclusive of VAT, and valid for 30 days from the closing date. Bidders must complete all required Municipal Bidding Documents (MBD forms) and submit them with their quotation. No late, emailed, or faxed submissions will be accepted.
