The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for comprehensive facility management services at its Ladysmith Shared Service Centre in KwaZulu-Natal. This Request for Proposals (SS-KZN 5/2/2 (891) 3L) covers standard cleaning, hygiene, pest control, fumigation, gardening, and maintenance services for a 36-month contract period.

Tender Overview and Scope

Service providers will deliver integrated facility support including routine cleaning, sanitary hygiene management, pest eradication, fumigation treatments, grounds maintenance, and general building upkeep. The contract aims to ensure a safe, compliant, and professional environment for departmental operations in the uThukela District.

  • Company registration documents and director ID copies

Pricing and Contract Conditions

Pricing must be firm for the contract duration, inclusive of VAT. Monthly costs for cleaners must cover all statutory obligations including UIF, COIDA, leave, and skills development levies. All cleaning equipment, detergents, and PPE must be supplied by the bidder and comply with SANS and OHS standards.
