The Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa invites qualified training service providers to submit quotations for the provision of a Workplace Readiness Workshop. This Request for Quotation targets accredited facilitators capable of delivering interactive, outcomes-based training to eight (8) learners enrolled in the Land Bank’s Learnership Programme.

Training Delivery and Methodology Requirements

The workshop must be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams over a three-day period. Facilitation methodology should incorporate:

  • Interactive case studies relevant to agricultural and rural development contexts
  • Practical exercises promoting workplace communication, professionalism, and ethical conduct
  • Structured group discussions to reinforce learning outcomes
  • Digital engagement tools to maintain participant involvement in a virtual environment

Provider Qualifications and Accreditation

Prospective bidders must demonstrate:

  • Valid accreditation with a SETA, QCTO, or CHE for the relevant training scope
  • CVs of proposed facilitators highlighting relevant experience in workplace readiness or soft skills training
  • Detailed course outline aligned with Land Bank’s learnership objectives
  • Proof of capacity to deliver virtual training using MS Teams or equivalent platforms

Key Deliverables and Expected Outcomes

Successful service providers will be required to submit:

  • Comprehensive course outline and session schedule
  • Participant manuals and digital training materials
  • Completed attendance registers for all sessions
  • Certificates of completion for each learner
  • Post-training evaluation report with recommendations for improvement

Submission Guidelines and Evaluation Process

Quotations must be emailed to BNkosi@landbank.co.za by 11:00 on Monday, 13 April 2026. The email subject line must reference “Workplace Readiness Workshop”. Submissions should include completed SBD forms, B-BBEE documentation, and firm pricing in South African Rand inclusive of VAT. Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system, with mandatory compliance assessment preceding price evaluation.
