Scope of Work: Multi-Site Window Cleaning Across Limpopo

The successful contractor will clean interior and exterior glass surfaces at five government facilities totaling approximately 4,370 square metres. Sites include Ismini Towers (2,500m²), Talas Building (149.74m²), Lebowakgomo Training Centre (1,014.12m²), Vhembe District Office (573.82m²), and Mopani District Office (132m²). Services must comply with occupational health and safety standards, with all scaffolding meeting OHSA and SANS 10085 requirements.

Mandatory Eligibility and Compliance Requirements

Prospective bidders must hold valid certification from a recognised cleaning services board or association, plus a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner. Registration on the Central Supplier Database is compulsory, with a full CSD report required. All prices must be firm, VAT-inclusive, and valid for 120 days from submission.
