Scope of Work: Ceiling and Paint Restoration

The appointed contractor will be responsible for:

  • Removal and replacement of water-damaged ceiling boards in affected areas
  • Repainting of all interior walls and ceilings using approved, durable, low-VOC paint
  • Disposal of construction waste in compliance with municipal regulations
  • Protection of clinical equipment and furniture during works
  • Daily site cleanup and adherence to infection control protocols

All materials must be new, SABS-compliant, and suitable for use in a healthcare setting. The scope excludes electrical or plumbing repairs—only finishes and ceilings are covered.
