- Must be a South African citizen aged 18 years or older
- Must be a resident of the Polokwane Municipality
- Must operate a business registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)
- Must hold a valid tax clearance certificate or a Personal Identification Number (PIN) from SARS
- Must have been actively running the business for at least six months
- Must be directly involved in the day-to-day management and operations of the business
- Must submit a comprehensive business profile along with a detailed proposal outlining their culinary concept or service offering
How to Enter: Submission Process and Key Deadlines
Interested SMEs can obtain entry forms at the Itsoseng Entrepreneurial Centre, located at the Bus Rank corner of Blaawberg and Fluorspar Streets in Polokwane. The centre is open weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30. Completed forms must be returned by 24 October 2025 at 16:00 sharp — late submissions will not be accepted. This deadline ensures all entries receive equal consideration and allows organizers sufficient time to prepare for the event scheduled for 12 November 2025.
