The successful bidder will be responsible for a comprehensive suite of print and signage services on an as-and-when-required basis. Key deliverables include:
- High-quality design, layout, and proofreading of departmental reports, newsletters, and promotional materials.

- Adherence to strict quality control measures, including a minimum 10-year written guarantee against fading and peeling for installed signage.
Compulsory Briefing Session
Attendance at the official briefing session is strictly mandatory. Failure to attend and sign the attendance register will result in the immediate disqualification of the bid. The session is scheduled for Monday, 23 November 2026, at 10:00. It will be held at the LDARD offices located at 67/69 Biccard Street, Polokwane, 0699. This session is critical for bidders to gain a clear understanding of the technical specifications and departmental expectations.

Bidders must first pass the functionality assessment, which evaluates cumulative experience in printing services of similar value and proof of local office presence. Qualifying bids will then be adjudicated using the 80/20 preferential procurement point system, allocating 80 points for price competitiveness and 20 points for specific transformation goals, including B-BBEE contribution and local enterprise development.
