Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Limited (ATNS) has issued a Request for Quotation (ATNS2706/FAORREFRESHMENTS/2025_Re-advert) for the supply and delivery of refreshments. This strategic three-year contract targets capable hospitality providers to support the critical operations at the O.R. Tambo International Control Centre in Gauteng.
Scope of Supply and Operational Support
The appointed service provider will be responsible for the supply and delivery of refreshments to the ATNS OR Tambo International Control Centre.
Key requirements include:
- Delivery: Deliveries must be completed within 7 working days of placing an official order; emergency deliveries must be immediate .
- Off-loading: The service provider must supply and ensure their own labour for off-loading products at the designated ATNS sites .
- Ordering: ATNS OR Tambo will place orders as and when required during the contract period .
- Delivery address: O. R. Tambo International Airport Gate 14, Bonaero Drive, Bonaero Park, Kempton Park, 1622 .
Refreshment items include: Full cream and low-fat milk, various tea and coffee products, sugar, sweetener, biscuits, vinegar, hot chocolate, Milo, Ricoffy, cordial, assorted biscuits, cleaning products, and kitchen accessories.

In alignment with ATNS’s digital procurement strategy, all bid submissions must be made exclusively via the National Treasury’s e-Submission (e-Tender) system. Submissions sent via email or physical delivery will not be accepted or processed.

Submissions must include valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, tax clearance, and a comprehensive pricing schedule.
