The Department of Public Works and Infrastructure (DPWI) invites qualified professional service providers to submit bids for the appointment of a panel of five (5) Project Management Units (PMUs) over a five-year period. Opportunity Overview and Strategic Purpose
This procurement initiative supports DPWI’s mandate to strengthen infrastructure delivery through dedicated programme management expertise. Appointed PMUs will provide leadership, governance, and technical oversight on an as-and-when-required basis across multiple departmental portfolios.

Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). A two-stage evaluation process applies: Phase 1 assesses general compliance and functionality (minimum 70-point threshold); Phase 2 applies the 80/20 preference point system for price and specific goals including B-BBEE status and local enterprise participation.
Compulsory Briefing Session Details
Attendance at the mandatory briefing is non-negotiable for bid consideration. The session will be held at the CGO Building, corner of Bosman and Madiba Streets, Pretoria. Bidders must register attendance and obtain confirmation to proceed with submission.

Submission Guidelines and Deadline
