    LNM Seeks Events Management Panel for 24-Month Contract

    Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality invites qualified events management service providers to submit bids for the appointment of a panel of two service providers under Tender LNM082/2025/26. This 24-month contract, operating on an “as and when required” basis, supports the municipality’s event delivery requirements while offering compliant service providers long-term engagement with a key local government entity in Limpopo.

    Tender Overview and Service Scope

    • Comprehensive events furniture supply including marquees, stages, seating, tables, and décor
    • Professional sound systems, live streaming production, and LED screen services for indoor and outdoor events
    • Full catering services ranging from light refreshments to plated meals and specialty platters
    • Media support including radio advertising and outside broadcast coordination
    • Entertainment procurement covering traditional groups, artists, poets, and MCs
    • Transport services with roadworthy-certified vehicles for delegate transfers

    Submission Guidelines and Deadlines

    Bids close strictly at 11:00 on Friday, 24 April 2026. All submissions must be deposited in the bid box at Unit 170 BA, Civic Centre, Lebowakgomo, 0737. Late, faxed or emailed bids will not be considered. Bids must remain valid for 90 calendar days from closing date.

    Evaluation Process and Preference Points

    Proposals undergo three-stage evaluation:

    • Stage 1: Administrative compliance with mandatory documents (CSD, tax clearance, SBD forms)
    • Stage 2: Functionality scoring (minimum 80/100 required) assessing company experience and key personnel qualifications
    • Stage 3: Price and specific goals using the 80/20 preference point system

    Mandatory Compliance Documentation

    • Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with MAAA number
    • SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or certificate
    • Completed SBD forms (1, 3.1, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9)
    • Certified CIPC registration documents and director ID copies
    • Proof of municipal rates payment or sworn affidavit/lease agreement
