- Supper for 20 guests on 11–12 March: roasted chicken, beef stew, rice, samp with beans, roasted potatoes, vegetables, salads, and assorted beverages
- Breakfast for 20 guests on 11–13 March: eggs, toast, cereals, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice, and baked items
- Morning tea on 12 March: muffins, scones, jams, cheeses, and hot/cold beverages
- Lunch on 12 March:
- For 20 guests: platters, rainbow sandwiches, juices, and mineral water
- For 100 learners: fried chicken pieces, chips, mini loaves, and 330ml drinks
All food must be prepared on-site at the Qunu Youth & Heritage Centre. The caterer must provide serving stations with tablecloths, trained waitstaff, and all necessary crockery, cutlery, and linen. Meals must be ready 90 minutes before scheduled serving times and served warm.

- 80 points for competitively priced, compliant offers
- 20 points for specific empowerment goals:
- 10 points: 100% Black-owned firms
- 5 points: 100% Women-owned firms
- 3 points: Youth-owned enterprises
- 2 points: Businesses owned by persons with disabilities
Preference claims must be supported by certified ID copies, municipal bills, and B-BBEE affidavits. Unverified claims will receive zero points.
